Description

The DCL-02 type electric actuator is the smallest aluminum-alloy housing model in DCL’s product range, capable of proportional control via current or voltage signals. Its self-designed miniature control board features automatic calibration and self-diagnostic functions for reliable, maintenance-free operation.

The patented hollow-shaft design makes the actuator extremely compact, yet capable of delivering high output torque. A combination of two-stage spur gears and double worm gears ensures superior strength and durability, preventing wear on the final gear even under frequent open–close cycles.

Thanks to its self-locking gear train, the DCL-02 actuator is suitable for automating both ball valves and butterfly valves, providing stable positioning without the need for additional brakes.

All DCL actuators are rigorously tested and certified:
